Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@lorinda.online with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@lorinda.online with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, personal care products, undergarments, or perishable goods). Please check the product description before purchasing.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
